Save as stated otherwise in these T&Cs (or the context otherwise requires), references in these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ultraceuticals and Renaissance.
Please read these T&Cs carefully before using this site. For the avoidance of doubt, you do not need to create an account to be bound by these T&Cs. Your very use of this site constitutes your agreement to these T&Cs. If you do not agree to any of the provisions contained in these T&Cs, you should not use this site. We may change these T&Cs at any time without notifying you. By continuing to use this site, you agree to the amended T&Cs.
We do not warrant that the site will be available at all times or without disruption or that the website or the website server are free of viruses or any other harmful components.
GENERAL
These T&Cs set forth the entire understanding and agreement (1) between us in relation to your use of the site and (2) between you and Renaissance in relation to the supply of products ordered through the site.
We may amend these T&Cs at any time by posting an amended T&Cs on our website. Any amended T&Cs will govern new user registrations from the date that it is posted and existing users will be bound by the T&Cs after the expiry of 14 days following the date of posting.
Nothing in these T&Cs shall create or be construed to imply any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer relationship between you and us.
Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You cannot assign any of your rights under these T&Cs but we may assign it at our sole discretion.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others shall not be considered as a waiver of our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Any person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement. This does not affect any right or remedy generally available to such a third party in law or otherwise.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These T&Cs and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs.
PRODUCT ORDERS
Renaissance is responsible for fulfilling all orders for the purchase of products through the site and any contract arising from the acceptance of an order made through the site shall between you and Renaissance. Ultraceuticals shall have not liability in relation to the performance of fulfilment of such orders. Accordingly, references in these T&Cs to ‘we’ ‘us’ and ‘our’ in relation to the ordering, supply and return of products shall be construed as references to Renaissance only.
All prices and availability of the products listed on the site are subject to change without notice. All prices and fees listed on the site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. If for any reason a price listed on the site is incorrect, whether due to an error by us, information received from a supplier or for any other reason, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order made at the incorrect price, even if the order has been successfully submitted and payment has been made. In the event that payment has been made for the purchase and the order has been cancelled, we will refund the full amount of the incorrect price paid within a reasonable period of time.
Products purchased via the site are for personal use only and must not be resold without our express consent. By purchasing products from the site, you agree that you will not resell any products, including any part of a product. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these T&Cs.
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. All photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS
Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, in addition to paying for the products dispatched to you; you will have to pay for delivery at the rate applicable for the date and time of your delivery. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we may credit your account. Refund may take 7-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. If we email an offer this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
You may cancel or change any of your current orders up until the amendment cut-off point specified on our Returns Policy.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure outlined on the Returns Policy and we will grant you a full refund excluding posting costs.
Delivery will be made to the address you give when you place your order. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address, where it is safe to do so, or otherwise as near as practicable to that entrance.
We will use our best endeavours to deliver your order within the times you request when you place your order. However, we will not be liable to you if we fail to do so.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If the person receiving the goods looks under 25, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver.
If there is no answer at the delivery address you give, our driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service to arrange redelivery. A further charge may become payable for redeliveries.
All claims for damage or shortages must be notified to our office within 48 hours of delivery.
We take fraud very seriously; any suspected fraudulent transactions will be pursued through the legal system and will be prosecuted. We report fraud to the Gardaí immediately whereupon the delivery address, names, phone numbers and IP Addresses will be used to find and prosecute for the transaction.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Ultraceuticals within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods that have been opened. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Ultraceuticals. Please refer to the Returns Policy page for further information.
NOTICES
Any notice, which we are required to give to you regarding the services, may be sent by e-mail or post to the address provided by you on registration (or as amended from time to time).
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, notices to us must be sent by registered mail to:

Notices sent by e-mail are deemed to be received 24 hours after an e-mail is sent unless we receive a failure notice that the e-mail address is invalid is received.
ACCOUNT ACCESS
To place orders and access some features of the site, you must register an account with us. To register an account, you must:
(a) give us accurate and current personal information including your name, address, and a valid email address; and
(b) be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
By creating an account, you agree that you will keep your account details, such as your password, confidential, and not provide these details to any other person. You take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your non-compliance with these terms. All information that you provide to us will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. If you become aware of any loss of your username or password, or believe there has been unauthorised access to your username and password, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to cancel or change the details of your account at any time.
PAYMENT & ORDER CONFIRMATION
Renaissance is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received in full. In the event that requested goods are unavailable, Renaissance may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund. All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Renaissance. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Renaissance reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason, and to refuse any order that it reasonably believes is for the purpose of resale. All prices listed are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT charges.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES/RESTRICTIONS OF SALE
Renaissance is not responsible for custom charges. Restrictions resulting from the importation of certain goods vary from country to country. The purchaser remains responsible for all such charges and fees incurred.
CONCLUSION OF TRANSACTION
The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handled over to the designated carrier.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we may assist you. Wherever possible, we will work with the courier in an attempt to resolve your issue.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely event that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us on +353 1 832 1412 to speak to one of our skin therapists. If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction, we will exchange the item for another product.
REVIEWS/CONTENT POSTED ON OUR PLATFORMS
By submitting a rating or review to an Ultraceuticals site or by posting any content (including, but not limited to, communications, comments, texts, photographs, videos, sound, music, graphics, suggestions, ideas, reviews, ratings, code or any other data or materials, collectively referred to as “Content”) on our website or any of our social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please do not submit any content if you do not fully agree with these T&Cs.

Ultraceuticals does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Ultraceuticals to edit or delete any content you have submitted.
